No Mayo Coleslaw
This delicious side goes with any Traditional South African braai or a meal needing a different but delicious salad.

Ingredients
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP sesame seed oil OR avocado oil (any flavour)
300g Shredded cabbage
2 large grated carrots
3 TBSP raisons/cranberries
½ tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Sesame seeds (1 TBSP)
Rocket Leaves (optional garnishing)
Method
Mix vinegar and sugar together.
Add oil and then spoon dressing over cabbage, carrots and raisons/cranberries and toss to combine.
Add pepper to taste.
Stand for 20 minutes then re-toss and serve.
Sprinkle on sesame seeds before serving.
Garnish with some rocket to add colour.
