A tasty green smoothie for a perfect breakfast mix.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup kale/baby spinach
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 small banana (or ½ large)
  • ¼ cup plain yoghurt
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ cup LF milk
  • 4 ice cubes
Method
  1. Place all ingredients in your smoothie maker and blend until smooth. Serve immediately in a glass of your choice (or if you're in a rush - in a transportable container for breakfast on the go).
