Smoothie Recipe: Peachy Oats

- 2 small peaches, chopped
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup LF milk
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- 1tsp cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in your smoothie maker or high power blender and mix until smooth. Transfer to a glass and enjoy immediately or transfer to a portable container for breakfast on the go.
