Smoothie Recipe: Melon Magic

- 2 cups chopped (&de-pipped) watermelon
- 1 cup diced honeydew melon
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- Place all the above ingredients in your high powdered blender or smoothie maker and mix until smooth. Transfer into a glass and serve immediately. Alternatively, transfer into a portable container for an on-the-go breakfast option.
Feel free to replace the yoghurt with almond milk to make this dairy (and lactose) free. I would suggest adding some ice blocks to thicken if you do.
