Smoothie Recipe: Island Vibes

- ½ banana
- ¾ cup pinapple
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Place all the above ingredients in your high powdered blender or smoothie maker and mix until smooth. Transfer into a glass and serve immediately. Alternatively, transfer into a portable container for an on-the-go breakfast option.
If you wish to make this smoothie dairy (and lactose) free then replace the yoghurt with a milk replacement and add 3 ice cubes or use coconut yoghurt instead.
