So there’s something I’ve been planning to do for a while now and I’m excited to share my journey and food experiment with you…my Husband and I will be vegan for the month of February. I’ve been wanting to do this to see how easy being vegan is in South Africa and also to help my vegan clients better but also document and journal our journey. And so to start this journey…this is my first ever vegan shop! And I’ve spent time clearing out the cupboards and fridge & freezer in preparation. Like with any food journey I firmly believe that preparation is key! ??. I am also so grateful for a supportive husband who has agreed to doing this with me!
