Quick Tuna & Onion Quiche

November 16, 2017

I have been really busy lately and making a healthy and quick lunch has been a challenge.  So I tried this delicious tuna & onion quiche which uses ingredients I normally have in my cupboard/fridge – onions, tuna, eggs, herbs and cornflour and voila – lunch is sorted.  I just paired it with a side salad (things I ALWAYS keep in my fridge) and we’re all sorted! Hope you enjoy it – and if you make it, please let me know or tag me on Instagram or Facebook 🙂
