Saying “No” to Say “Yes”

Maybe this isnt something you struggle with but my desktop is filled with Important OR Urgent documents to read but because of time constraints they often remain ignored.  The most recent one I re-opened today contains such valuable information that I thought you might benefit too:

“If we don’t get better at saying “no,” we won’t be able to say “yes” to the really important things.”

This is such great advice because it really hit home and is something I really need to work on, not only personally but professionally – and it helps with following a healthy diet as well, when we say yes to less healthy food, we are actually saying no to our best and healthier version of our self.

When you say yes to others, make sure you’re not saying no to yourself!
