Smoothie Recipe: Carrot Cake Smoothie

An unusual but delicious breakfast smoothie that taste like cake

Ingredients
- 3 dates
- ½ cup cooked carrots
- 2 Tbsp rolled oats
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- dash each of cloves and nutmeg
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup ice
Method
- Place all the above ingredients in your high powdered blender or smoothie maker and mix until smooth. Transfer into a glass and serve immediately. Alternatively, transfer into a portable container for an on-the-go breakfast option.
