Smoothie Recipe: Peachy Oats
A high fibre, peach & oats breakfast smoothie blend.
Recipe type: Breakfast
Serves: 1
  • 2 small peaches, chopped
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup LF milk
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  1. Place all ingredients in your smoothie maker or high power blender and mix until smooth. Transfer to a glass and enjoy immediately or transfer to a portable container for breakfast on the go.
