Another smoothie creation for my #JPsmoothiechallenge17. This one is a bit of a mix of many fruits and veggies and surprisingly the combination is really delicious!
Smoothie Recipe: Tooty Frooty

A tasty blend of a variety of fruits and veg to make a balanced and delicious breakfast

Serves: 1
Ingredients
- ½ cup kale/baby spinach
- 4 frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup blueberries (37g)
- ½ kiwi
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ orange
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
Method
- Place all the above ingredients in your high powdered blender or smoothie maker and mix until smooth. Transfer into a glass and serve immediately. Alternatively, transfer into a portable container for an on-the-go breakfast option.
Notes
Feel free to make it lactose free using a dairy free milk such as almond milk or rice milk instead of the yoghurt & milk (just add 2 large ice cubes for thickness)
